BUYER'S CONTRACT

 Our goal is to provide everyone with a healthy boxer.  We will go to great lengths to ensure that every puppy is healthy.  Our puppies are current on shots and wormings for it's age.  Our pups come with tails docked and dew claws removed at three to five days old. We ask that you bring your puppy to the vet  for a complete puppy visit within the first 48 hours of  your ownership.  At this time if there are any health concerns that are non-treatable we will exchange the puppy for one of equal value.  We will not exchange a puppy for any neglect upon buyers part.  If the dog has health concerns within the first 48 hours of your ownership with the proper vet visit we ask that our vet have final say so upon buyers expense before any puppy exchange can be discussed.  No refunds of deposits or full cost of puppy for any reason at all. If the puppy is not brought to the vet within 48 hours for puppy visit there are no puppy replacements if something happens to the puppy. If the puppy is brought to the vet within 48 hours and a problem or death occurs thats has to be no part of buyers the puppy has to be sent off for an autopsy by buyers expense not breeder.  If it autopsied and only when it is autopsied it will be discussed for a replacement.   There are no refunds at any time for any reason.  If we do not have a puppy to exchange then you are welcome to the next available litter for first pick in a puppy of equal value.  WE DO NOT BREED DOGS TO BE USED IN DOG FIGHTS OR IN ANY ACT OF ANIMAL CRUELTY!!!!  We are not a puppy mill and do not condogne in puppy mills.  We do not breed for pure reason of money.  Our dogs will not retire to other homes when they are no longer breedable.  We do not over breed our dogs nor do we breed every heat.  The white boxers are commonly known to be born deaf or blind.  If we have a puppy with a disability it would be sold for less and without breeding rights.  We are not responsible if the puppy becomes blind or deaf as it ages.  It is just the chance taken with white boxers.  If your puppy is not white and develops these issues we are not responsible.  Once you bring your pup to the vet within the first 48 hours of ownership we are no longer responsible for the pup or any problems with your puppy.  We are not responsible if the puppy turns out to be unbreedable, deaf, blind, or skin issues.
